EEAS: political agreement in the Antici group on the proposal regarding Staff Regulations

Text of the Political agreement on the proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending the Staff Regulations of officials of the European Communities and the conditions of employment of other servants of those Communities 2010/0171 (COD)

This text was examined by the Antici Group on 15 and 22 June 2010, after informal preparatory work carried out during the previous weeks. The Presidency suggests that Coreper agrees on the amendments, as shown in the text below, to the proposal regarding Staff Regulations and CEOS so that work can advance with the European Parliament, with the aim of reaching an early first reading agreement.
