I have not understood if it will still be possible for Commission officials to have access to vacant posts in the EEAS (HQ and delegations). Has this been clarified?
It seems that the officals from EEAS will have to wait some time to be able to sollicitate to the posts at the Commission and vice versa.
Hi Diana, as far as we understad, Commission officials will indeed have access to vacant posts in the EEAS and will be able to come back within Commission services.
